When deciding whether or not to partner with a consultant on evaluating and managing your community or association's telecommunication, video, or broadband needs, you must exercise due diligence in choosing the right consultant.
There are many ways to choose your consultant. You may start by researching consulting firms online by visiting their website and learning more about the company and evaluating their experience in the industry and their areas of expertise. You may look to find recommendations or referrals to better understand how the consultant's current clients have benefited from their partnership.
Although these ways are helpful in choosing a consultant for your telecommunication needs, there is a key part of your due diligence that you must include: asking the right questions to the consultant and evaluating their answers. This is critical in your decision process to partner with a consultant.
